We are happy to welcome you to our flats in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Vatican Museums and well connected to the city's main attractions. We care about your stay being peaceful and memorable: that's why we are always available before and during your stay, ready to provide support, advice and tailor-made solutions. Flats
The flat has three double rooms, for a total of 6 beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room, which allows up to 2 additional persons.
Guests staying in the living room have a fourth bathroom, separate from the rooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all.
Upon request, it is also possible to add a cot with bars free of charge for children up to 4 years old.

The flats we offer are large facilities designed for families and small groups. Unlike a single room, this type of accommodation requires advance planning and, once the calendar is locked, it is often difficult to be rebooked close to the arrival date.
The withholding of 50% reflects this risk, in addition to the costs already incurred in handling the booking, and is a common practice in upmarket holiday homes, designed to ensure balance and fairness for both parties.

Yes, the neighbourhood has all the essential services for a comfortable stay. Supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants and banks are located in close proximity to the flat, ensuring maximum convenience during your stay.

Although the spaces are comfortable and accessible for those with reduced mobility, unfortunately the rooms are not completely barrier-free. Some areas have small steps, including access to all showers.
